The chief Minister merit scholarship program is fully funded program for Phd for eligible candidates. A call for applications is being issued to Pakistani Nationals who have secured admission in Top 50 QS Ranked (subject wise) Universities of the world.

Eligibility Criteria for Punjab Educatiional Endowment Fund PEEF Scholarship in Pakistan 2023 :
- Students must have valid Phd admission offer from one of the current Top 50 QS Ranked (subject wise) Universities of the world, In preferred subject areas.
- Student should not has less than 60% marks throughout academic career.
- Declared monthly family income (including self, spouse and parents) is equal or less than Rs. 200000/-.
- Student must not more then 35 years of age.
- Student must not availed any foreign scholarship in past.
